The Giants Coffee Group is a community cafes group that operates several cafes in New South Wales, Australia. It was founded in 2013 by Michael Chen and Vivian Chen with the goal of creating a network of spaces where people could come together over good food, good coffee, and good company. Specializing in specialty coffee and modern Australian brunch, we are committed to serving the community with a little love in every cup of coffee.


Our cafes include Little Giant Roasters Coffee House in Willoughby, Salvage Specialty Coffee Artarmon in Artarmon, and Salvage Specialty Coffee Chatswood in Chatswood. Each cafe has a warm and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for catching up with friends, enjoying a family brunch, or even working remotely. Our team is dedicated to providing friendly and attentive service, and we pride ourselves on making each and every guest feel welcome and appreciated.

The Giants Group has a two-fold company structure, consisting of:


The Giants Coffee Group:(Brands, Retail and Wholesales)


The Giants Coffee Brand: This division encompasses the main brand, The Giants Coffee, as well as subsidiary brands including Salvage Specialty Coffee and Little Giants Roasters Coffee House. It includes intangible assets such as intellectual property (IP), logos, and other brand assets, as well as tangible assets such as coffee machines, furniture, inventory, packaging materials, storefronts, and operating supplies. Additionally, it encompasses menus, websites, training materials, and company handbooks.


The Giants Coffee Retail: This segment focuses on the retail operations of The Giants Coffee Group, including coffee shops and cafes. Flagship stores include Salvage Specialty Coffee Chatswood, Salvage Specialty Coffee Artarmon, and Little Giants Roasters Coffee House Willoughby, with plans to expand further.


The Giants Coffee Wholesales: This segment handles the wholesale operations, supplying coffee products to individual customers and businesses. It features two main coffee bean brands: Salvage Blend, catering to popular coffee shops and chocolate-themed establishments, and Little Giants Blend, targeting trendy residential areas with a focus on caramel flavors.


The Giants Property Group:

The Giants Property Group: This division, separate from The Giants Coffee Group, is dedicated to real estate and property development ventures. It focuses on acquiring, developing, and managing properties within the real estate market.
